Could someone help me with this issue? I tried searching the boards but I could not find a resolution to this issue.

- Sync only works one way. i.e. if I enter a new appointment in Outlook, it appears in the Blackberry no problem. However if I enter a new appointment on the Blackberry it does not go to Outlook. Also, If I create a new appointment and invite an attendee, it will not send out the notification via the BB. It will attempt to send it out and then it will show up with a red X.

- When I receive an invitation from someone to attend a meeting, I don't see the invite in my mail list - the appointment just appears on my calendar, but I don't recieve anything at all on the message list, and I don't see any options to accept or decline the meeting but its automatically added to the calendar on the BB.

We are using Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003 SP1 running BES 3.6.7 with 7250 BB's.
