My company uses a R/O Public Folder that is essentialyy an Outlook Directory that contains our company directory.

In setting up BlackBerry devices , we set this folder as the default, as it is the only way to have our fields mapped correctly. We have this PIM set for Sync instead of wireless for updates.

We just discovered a problem , where when you manually add a Contact on the BlackBerry, and then synch with either 4.1.0.1 or 4.1.1 of DesktopMan, we get the error "unable to open default folder" message. The contact appears to be trying t owrite to the R/O folder instead of the users Contacts folder in Outlook. Does anyone have any suggestions on resolving this issue?
