I am using a BB 7100i without BES and it seems that when I sync it that the DC ID vanishes from some of the contacts or a second * is inserted between the first 2 sets of numbers.

I found that for the contacts where the ID vanishes if I go to edit the contact on my BB and save it without making any changes the ID returns to the record. In the case of double ** I have to open the contact on my BB, delete one of the * and then save it.

BB software is Nextel 4.1, Desktop Manager is 4.1 and Outlook is 2003. I have not changed any of the field mapping either.

Any help from anyone?
