Question Verifying Forwarding Address

I was told by a local Verizon rep to upgrade my 7250 with the new V4.x

The moment I did this, my desktop redirector has stopped working. The status stays on "Verifying Forwarding Address". I have had numerous reps from both BB and Verizon involved with no help. We have reinstalled, cleared buffers, confirmed setting, etc. For unrelated reasons I am not interested in other ways to forward e-mail to my 7250, I am interested in getting the desktop redirector to work as advertised (the way it was before the v4.x upgrade).

The only thing I can think of is that the new v4.x is poking our corporate exchange server on a new port that the exchange server doesn't recognize.

Does anyone know the default exchange port number that v4.x uses?
