Default Syncing With Yahoo?

Please Login to Remove!

Alright so I FINALLY found a third party I could sync with. Just curious if anyone has synched their BlackBerry with like a third party mail program such as Yahoo or MSN. My purpose in doing this was to be able to share my calendar with my wife. Synching with Yahoo worked great. Problem is, I have to sych with Outlook first.. I guess the Intellisync Piece doesn't connect to Lotus 6.5.

Anyone else have similiar problems or am I trying to reinvent the wheel here?

I think the only way to do this is to make Outlook the master PIM -- sync your BlackBerry to Outlook, then synch your Yahoo to Outlook.

yahoo also comes with a intelisync software that's free. You can probably set up a autosync with yahoo intelisync on a hourly basis (Write a batch file or something).

Smile Yahoo Autosync

Yahoo autosync is pretty cool. You can download in minutes, it's free and it keeps all my calanders in sync. You can make one entry on Yahoo, Outlook or your blackberry go the USB route and all are synced...

What irks me about yahoo syncing is to-do lists...why must these be the scurge of blackberry. You can sync everything else perfectly with desktop manager to yahoo, except todo lists. Sure they drop right into tasks, but they dont have any support for any form of categories, making large lists worthless.
