Question No browser (T-mobile)

My new Blackberry 8700G fell victim to an accident. I had a loner phone from T-mobile and I got my new BB 8700g in today. I transfered the SIM card and set up all my emails on it. I can make calls and send/recieve emails. The funny thing is that there is no T-zones (no big deal there, never used it) or internet browser (BIG PROBLEM!). Does anyone have any ideas why it's not showing up? They are not hidden or anything. I don't know what I need to do.

Any ideas?

try resending your service books and registering your host routing table

I have resent the books, as far as the host routing table, I have no idea how that works.
