Default Moved to Windows XP service pack 2 & desktop sync freeze - 03-08-2005, 01:30 PM
After installing window's XP service pack 2, I've had problems with my desktop software 4.0. It freezes up midway through the sync "working". This is with my BB 7290 cingular. Any help out ther?

Try uninstalling BlackBerry desktop and reinstalling.
