Default sync calender and contacts via redirector

Please Login to Remove!
I have redirector installed on my work computer and get my emails however it doesn't sync calender and contacts.

Is there a way to make that work? If not a program that I download to make that happen?

Also redirector sends the email but does not erase them on the desktop after I delete them on blackberry...any suggestions?

The redirector is working as intended.

All of the features you want, time to get blackberry enterprise server.

Ok I understand bes is the best way ,however its not an option , neither is a hosted exchange. Is there a program like redirector that I can install on the computer that just syncs calender and contacts?

MS Outlook works very well w/Desktop Manager via USB or Bluetooth
