So we use the 7100i w/ Nextel.
The BIS with Outlooks 2003 & Exchange Server 2003 with the cached feature ON currently.
When I go to (or our IT service) set up the Intellisync and I pan to MS Outlook to sync with there is no profile shown and I cannot browse. It states that I need to make outlook the default email client, which it is set to already (that we did verify over and over)......
I have seen some people mention create a new MAPI and turn off the cache feature.
I think NO ONE else in the company has sync'd up yet....smaller company, new to the BB's.....I have had a cingular 7290 for a year or so......anyways....I'm not quite sure why they use the cache feature......
The email portion works flawlessly....just like my 7290....but I need my sync!
Please help....if more info is required just ask!
