Exclamation BIS username linked to PIN

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7290, originally from t-mobile in the US, which I got unlocked and put in a SIM card from vodafone in Spain - they have sold me a blackberry contract - i get a GPRS signal and registered the device from the options, host routing table screen. I get successful registration messages for both my email accounts (already set up when I was with t-mobile) but only one is send ing and receiving successfully... so I want to go and reconfigure the other email account... but

To do this I need to find out what the BIS username is for my phone

Any ideas?

1. Which email account is not working?
2. If it's the Blackberry acct, it's most likely your [email address]

Otherwise, why not call Vodafone BB support and get some help?

the account that doesn't work is a POP3 gmail account, my other POP3 account does work...
neither vodafone or t-mobile have been able to answer the question so far...

you might need to resend your service books. Log in to the BIS site where you set up your email accounts, and resend your service books. Not sure if this will help, but its worth a shot.

Ah! yes, that's exactly what I'd love to do, if only I could log into the BIS web site.... but to do that I need to know the username already allocated to the PIN number for this phone... (am i going round in circles?)
