Question Sync problems

I've installed desktop software on my office PC. But, nothing will sync. The PC is on a network, but I have no intension of getting work emails. I just want to sync my calendar, contacts, and task from MS Outlook 2003.
I keep getting a popup window stating that the database name associated with MS Outlook is missing. Also, the desktop software's “Browse” and “Options” buttons do not function.
Any ideas what wrong?
