Default Firmware version 4.1.0.314 question

Please Login to Remove!

I just upgraded my firmware to version 4.1.0.314 on my 7290 and I noticed something that I want to change.

I use my device to access 4 or 5 different accounts and before the upgrade they were all consolidated under one Messaging icon and I could send and recieve from that one location from any account. Now after the upgrade, I have a seperate messaging icon per account which has overloaded my home screen. Is there any way to change this?

Also, my company uses the device as an on call pager and I am wondering if there is a way to setup the blackberry to have audible notifications for missed calls and unviewed messages instead of just the standard 3 ring/beeps followed by a blinking red light.

Thanks for your help.
