Default How to enable data services on/off function

I'm not sure if anyone else knows this but I stumbled across this today and I thought many of you would like to know.

Basically replace the radio file (8700g.sfi) with the one from Telstra 4.1.0.309.

It's working for me on 4.1.0.351 and I'm very happy to have this funtionality back!
