Default BB Desk Manager 4.2 won't call Add-In App on attach

Please Login to Remove!

I just updated to Desk Manager 4.2.0.10.

Running SplashID 3.41 on my desktop and BB 88700c . SplashID add-in is properly installed and DM 4.2 is set to run add-ins.

When BB is attached DM runs sync against Outlook 2003 (Contacts, memos, etc.) just fine, but DOEAS NOT RUN the SplashID add-in.

HOWEVER, click the DM 4.2 'Synchronize Now' button and DM syncs with Outlook 2003 and then DOES RUN the SplashID sync!

In other words, only the manual sync from DM 4.2 works. This did not happen with the previous version of DM which I replaced due to the occasional crash when DM would try to load on startup.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled SplashID.
