Default EVDO in-store needed for Bell mobility ???

Just try to use the BB as a modem with the "voyageur" software from Bell mobility and they tell me I need to update the firmware of the phone even if I'm at 4.1 and I have to go in-store to do that. They cannot answer what they gonna do if I go there with ~20 BB to update them. Any possibility to have they special software to do it myself ?

all 7250 I have are all updated to the latest version available on bb website. EVDO text appear bellow antenna sign on the main page, but they say it's a false EVDO...

wtf ???

If you're running 20 BlackBerrys then you should have a dedicated corporate Bell Mobility rep who can either A) come out to assist you with the upgrades or B) send you the software and instructions necessary to do the upgrades yourself.

I already have a dedicated rep for me but he can't answer my "too technicals" question. A regional director will call me. I've ask to have the hardware / software to do that and he clearly told me it's only available in autorised center

it's a flash that takes about 10 minutes. I had it done and it works great.
