Anyone ever heard of an issue with some of the USB drivers for the blackberries. Where it prevents the blackberry communication with the Desktop manager? A co-worker of mine advised me of this issue and I'm hacing a problem where my computer recognizes the blackberry but when I try to get the desktop manager to recognize it so I can do an OS upgrade it says there was a problem connecting to my device. It makes no sense it would be the cable since if it was the cable my computer wouldn't detect anything.

I have downloaded the newest desktop manager 4.1 for my 7250 and the os upgrade as well.

Anyone have any ideas?

As well.. my BB says connecting to computer.... then goes back to my main screen. and when in desktop manager i go to file open, and then try to connect, it shows an image of a computer and then a bb with arrows.. then goes back to the main screen.
