Default Duplicate Appointment Reminders

Has anyone experienced duplicate appointment reminders for the same event on both your handheld as well as your Outlook 2003 client?

I have a 7250 (Verizon) activated on a BES 4.0. Outlook 2003 client running on Exchange 2003.

Example: I will get a notification on the BB (set to 15 min. before appointment). I will acknowledge and clear it. Maybe an hour later when in the office, my Outlook will pop up an overdue appointment notice.

Is this abnormal or cannot the BES reconcile the acknowlegement?

I'm not sure, I've had this same problem with the 7290 but mine were within a minute of one another. I was just assuming that it didn't have enough time to send the acknowledgement to the server and relay it to outlook. Sort of how you get mail on the BB and then minutes later get the same e-mail in outlook. It might just be a syncing thing; however, mine has never been more than a minute or so after each other

Default Same issue for me on my 8700

I have a 8700c running off a BES Server with Lotus Notes. When I get a meeting notification on the 8700 and dismiss it, even after a few hours I still keep getting the same pop-ups in Notes.
I've heard the device & Server update either every 20mins or after 20 changes whichever one comes first. Maybe this is a hotfix issue.
