Default 7250 slow after installed on BES

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all,

I have a 7250 on the Bell EVDO network and have been using it for 2 years now. My company has recently add my BB to the BES and now my unit is very slow at times? It wil stall for almost 30 seconds at times.

Other unites on the BES do not have the same issue, but they are all Rogers units?

I have removed applicaitons to free up space. I do not have any unusally items on the BB:
BBLight
Weather Push
Score Mobile
Google Maps

I have 4.1.0.303 which is Bell's most recent version.

Also...anybody use the 8703e on Bell yet? Is it worth the switch?

I found Weather Push to be a drain on an 8700 let alone a 7250. Try BBWeather (OTA or Zip).

One thing - you can set it to update automatically, but it is draining too, and hitting [Esc] to get out of it does not terminate the app, but rather leaves it running in the background. Click the wheel and select Exit to close it completely.
