Is there any way to completely wipe out the software on the BB devices? I had a BES setup on my phone and recently got rid of it. Problem is, the settings are same which blocks me from doing a few things like themes, etc. because of the firewall.

I used javaloader and completely wiped out everything on the BB to the point where they was no OS. I downloaded the 4.1 software and loaded it up but it still keeps the same settings as before.

Does anyone know how I can return the BB to factory settings and disable the firewall and BES settings?

If you are still on the BES, the IT Policy will keep coming back. If you are no longer on the BES, search for "Remove IT Policy" on these baords and you will find a URL with instructions on how to do it.
