Default Eyelash-Under-the-Lense Glitch

One of the people I regularly correspond with also has a Blackberry. I run my work mail through our office Outlook 2003 Exchange server, which merely bounces any e-mail sent to my work address to my BB (8700c). For e-mails sent to my office but bounced, it all works fine. But every once in awhile the guy will accidentally send, via his BB, an e-mail directly to my BB and it comes in as black boxes instead of characters. I thought it was a display/font problem, so I cut and pasted an e-mailed the message back to my work address, and when viewed from my pc it looks like the characters below. To try and figure it out, I had the guy send a message to both my BB address and to my work address. It comes through fine on my work adress, but gobbily-gook on the BB (see below for an example). It is only one source but we need a legible line of communication. Any thoughts?

Sorry, I revomed the garbage text from the bottom of the post as I figured it was a glitch when posting. Guess I should have read the post first.

Why your having the problem I am not sure. I have been able to send messages straight to the BlackBerry account without issues previously. Is your friend sending HTML messages to that address? Might be an issue on the account with the carrier. You may want to check with them.

Remember, please try searching first!

Try using BBscreen .....Use JL_Cmder!
or BBScreenShooter!
