Modify or Reinstall the desktop manager installation to use only Internet Email (BIE for T-Mobile) and not the BES.
It's user error every time...people don't watch what they are doing when they install the desktop manager. This happens to Internet Email users....If you are using the Redirector or BES, you have other problems.
Also, delete any [Desktop] service books if you are not on a BES/Redirector before you reinstall the desktop manager and sync up again.
