Some help needed here. I have got a VIP, who is in Madrid on business at the minute. However, when they receive an email on their BB device, the text is being displayed in un-recognizable characters, hence the message is unreadable.

Anyone seen this before?
If not, would it be safe for him to wipe the handheld? I mean can we re-activate him on the BES wirelessly, even though he is in another country? I've never attempted it while the client is in another country, so am a little scepticle.
