I have recently come across from an O2 PDA & the one thing I liked about it was the synch with Outlook. Having now set up a BB 8703 I am having trouble getting all phone numbers in a contact mapped correctly so they are both recognised when a call comes in and you are able to quick dial them from BB Contacts.

Specifically Intellisync doesn't map Car phone numbers from Outlook. I have tried mapping Car to User Defined 1 in Intellisync. The number maps across but cannot be quick dialed nor is it recognised when a call come in from that number.

I have tried mapping to "Other Phone" in Intellisync but can't have an identifier attached to it so I know that is the Car number. I have tried entering "Car" as an Extension but the BB wants to dial the extension.

Does anyone have any suggestions ? I dial a lot from the car and need simple quick dial function. The easiest way woudl seem to be able to enter an extension in Outlook that BB doesn't recognise or disable extension dialing altogther on the BB (tried setting to "My Response" but that just gets in the way).
