Default Outlook Sync

Please Login to Remove!

Hi. I have Cingular Blackberry 7100g with the latest software 4.0.219
I'm trying to syncronize via the manager software my BB and Outlook 2003.
When I select contacts (to be syncronize) and select the synchronize option, the browse button enabled to select the outlook file. I Click the button and nothing happens. I don't know if it's a bug or what. I don't want BES or Wireless sync for my contacts. I have Data Plan with cingular for email and browser. I need only sync when I connect to my computer at home.

Default

When you clicked browse did another window pop up? or nothing at all?

Do you have more than one .pst associated with your mail profile? if not, then double check that at the bottom beside the browse button (will be grayed out) it says "personal folders\contacts" and if it does, click ok, then on the screen with all the applications, put a check beside address book (make sure there is a two way arrow), then click ok, then click synchronize now.

Unhappy same problem

I'm pretty much having the same problem with Outlook 2003 and my 7100g from Cingular. I can't sync at all. Everytimg I go to "configure PIM" and select MS Outlook from the "Choose translator" screen, my desktop software just shuts down. I don't get an error message. It just shuts down. I know this has something to do with how I set up a profile in Outlook, I just don't know exactly what to do.
