Alright before everyone jumps on me for searching let me explain this.

I have a 7290. I am synchronizing it in two locations, one at home and one at my office. The one at the office synchs with Lotus Notes, while the one at home synchs with Outlook. Now my problem is, Im noticing that my e-mails are not keeping in sync with Lotus Notes at work. I have to delete in both locations (on BlackBerry and in my inbox). I also use the web client so that my personal email comes down to the BlackBerry.

Wireless Reconcile is turned on, however under Email Reconciliation I noice it says "Messages Services: Web Client and the wireless reconcile is turned, I just don't understand why its not going back and fourth.

Any Ideas?

Edit: Okay I can delete Within Notes and it takes effect on the Black Berry but if I delete on Blackberry it will not carry over to Notes.

Look under message options, you should find under there an option to delete on mailbox and handheld. That what you're looking for?

Well, it has also been known to run a little unreliable at time with more than one message service at the same time. Was it working before, and isn't now? Or has it been this way since you set it up?

I use the BlackBerry Web Client, and on top of that I also sync up with Outlook at home.

I would say removing the account from your outlook desktop. Remove all service books from the device, then reregister on the network and log into your bwc and have the service books resent. See if it starts working like before then.

Or dump BWC and just use your outlook desktop client for mail if that's what you prefer.

Just to start though, then start slowly adding services back to see if you can get both working at the same time. I think you'll have a problem with the reply-to address though when using multiple accounts on the same device.

How do I blow it away on the BlackBerry itself?

options->service books, delete them, the reregister on the wireless network by going to host routing table then register now, then resend the service books from your bwc. Also delete the profile on your desktop manager for the outlook client.

some are from your desktop, others are from the web client and your provider. Follow the steps above and you should get set straight again

No Luck, Deleted them all, Re-registered, it recreated them, I deleted some emails on the Black berry but they didn't carry over to Notes.

Quote:
3 Desktop's (ALP, CMIME, CICAL)
ALP - Used when looking up an address from the Global Address List (or it's counterpart in a Domino environment)
CMIME - Used for sending email. NOTE: this is required to send, and is usually the cause of not seeing a send option when composing a new mail...this is NOT required to receive email.
CICAL - Used for wireless calendar.

Other ones you may see are...
IPPP - Used for internet over MDS.
SYNC - Used with 4.0 for wireless PIM sync.

In case anyone was wondering
