I do have the same IT policy as everyone else (I have access to the BES server)

As for the enterprise activation, thanks for reminding me, I left this part out because I forgot.
Activation over the air (what do you mean use the desktop to activate?) just hung at 11% for hours. I just rebooted and it was fine afterwards except for the address book thing.
