When I connect my 7250 and synchronization begins I get the following error message: "Attempt to generate instance dates from repeat pattern failed"

I assume this is coming during calendar sync..... how can I fix this?

I am having the same problem on a 7100. In my case it is happening during the Tasks sync. Any clues would be gratefully recieved.
