Default How do I update OS on O2 berry with Rogers Desktop client

Please Login to Remove!

I get error message "No System Software was found for your device"
6 months ago I found a quick fix for loading desktop software to an O2 berry from a rogers desktop client. Since then I rebuilt the PC that had the fix on it and lost the faq. Please help.

Here you go - locate and delete "VENDOR.XML" from your PC C: drive.
Then restart Desktop Manager
