When I am on the phone talking and either hit and hold the button on the side to hang up or when I am using by Bluetooth headset and hit the button on it to hang up a call the blackberry resets. Sometime the Blackberry will just be lying there and I am not doing anything with it no calls are coming in nothing and the device resets as well if anybody has a solution HELP Thanks.

I have heard of some users (myself included) experiencing problems/resets w/Bluetooth. Turn BT off for a day on your BB (just to test the device) and see if the problem persists.
