I figured this one out with the help of KB article. You go back into Intellisync and uncheck the 4 boxes for contacts, task, memo, calendar and go into options and set all to NONE. save out, exit DT manager, restart DT manager and check the 4 boxes again and reset the options back to outlook. Syncs fine again. The KB referred to a link being broken with the profile?
