I have a user whose BB 7520 skips dates while in agenda view. For example, if she wants to look at her appointments in November she'll begin to scroll through October and it will skip all the way to December 17 even though she has appointments before then. It always skips to the Dec. 17 date regardless. This occurs only in Agenda view and that is her preferred view.

I've tried updating to 4.1 on the handheld to no avail...any clues or suggestions?

I also have several users using 8700G units whose Agenda views suddenly jump ahead months when scrolling. They tend to jump from April to August and then allow you to scroll back perfectly day by day.

I have reset their units and deleted and re-created their BES accounts, but the problem persists.

Blackberry support also had the gaul to tell me that my users "were scrolling too fast"

Holding the ALT key down to scroll through the individual days does not affect this either, as it still jumps forward 2-3 months.
