I have a BB 7130v and Desktop Software 4.1 and Outlook 2003 running on XP. Everything worked fine when I first installed the software - email syncs nicely with my BES server running against Exchange. After a couple of weeks however the sync software stopped working. I have un-installed it (cleanly) and re-installed it many times to no avail. If I am very careful I can reset the settings, touch nothing, sync once and then I have to exit the Desktop Software before doing anything else. If I make any changes to the PIM setup - eg Calendar wireless, which is what I really want then it crashes and says to check the log file, but doesn't write anything to the log file.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
PS I've also tried Desktop 4.2 but this doesn't work either.
