Default Missing Browsers after BES 4.1 upgrade and EA

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8700g that just completed a very complicated, difficult 4.1 upgrade. After a complicated EA, which finally completed, both of my browsers were missing.
Can anyone help me get these back? The T-Mobile people were pretty clueless, and my companies tech support has not been helpful either.

Tell your T-Mobile Reps to try re-sending "Service Books" to your BlackBerry. They'll probably need the PIN. This is usually a good start and will usually fix the problem in most cases.

...better yet, try to send the "Service Books" from the BES itself. If this fails, check to make sure no IT Policies would limit the device to not having a browser.

No need. Just go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table and click "Register Now".

That should get your browsers back.
