Help!

I attempted to install the OS 4.0 software on my handheld last night, but it's having trouble reconnecting after deleting all files. Now I am left with nothing but the "x-ed out application" screen on the blackberry, and nothing else.

How do I go about restoring the handheld at least to where I was before the attempted install? I am completely new to this thing!

I have the latest version of Desktop manager installed.

Thanks for any help you guys can offer- lemme know if I need to supply more info.
