Default OS 4.0 on O2

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm using a Blackberry 7230 and connecting through O2 Ireland. Does anyone know if O2 are going to release an OS 4.0 update. Also if they are not, how safe is it to use the vodafone update instead?

I just want to get ssh working on my blackberry!!

If anyone has sucessfully upgraded on O2, please let me know!

Thanks

Please see the FAQ stickied at the top of most pages. It should answer all your questions about 4.0 and what devices it can go on.

Some folks over in This Thread have reported success downloading and installing 4.0 from a Hong Kong carrier. They might have some info for you on how to get that version. Otherwise, only O2 can tell you when they plan to release their version of 4.0.
