Default Redirector problems

Hi

Redirector just stopped working on me. Un-installed and re-installed desktop software 4-5 times but no luck. Message in redirector windows says "Verifying forwarding address" and just waits. Resent Services Books but no difference. Other accounts work no problem. Any suggestions?

Just an update....Rediredtor window now says "" Running" an just got an email that I received at 11 a.m. this morning. Just 7 hours later. Could this be a network issue?
