Default BlackBerry 7520 PTT issue.

Please Login to Remove!

First off, hello to all of you. I am the IT administrator here at my company, i've had the blackberry's pretty much forced on me for repairs. I have a the blackberry hacks book, and it doesn't expain to me what i'm trying to do.

What i'm trying to do, is lengthen the time a person on PTT is held on the BlackBerry. When someone alerts me, it stays for 2 seconds and disappears and I have to dig back into the phone app. using - Escape. I am looking for a way to make that user stay on the screen for an extended period of time. This has been a big pain to most everyone here.

Thank you much,
-Tim.

Well thanks anyway, as a last resort I contacted RIM and asked them and they agree with southwestcomm, there's nothing that can be done.

If an admin can close this thread please do so, thank you.
