Question Help!!!! 7290 O.S. installing problem

I had bougt a bb 7290 from a costumer that was sayin on screen:
error 365
I've installed Desktop manager and BlackBerry Handheld Manager and I had tryed to flash the phone
It was asking for a phone code,Ihad introduced it 10 times wrong for deleteing operatin system
When I am trying to load the OS to the phone after the first stage(there are 4 stages)it says that is unable to connect phone.I had tryed hungrets of time the same result,after the first stage the phone can not be seen by the computer.If I try again it is seen till 2nd stage.
What is wrong?????????
Can someone help me?

Sounds like you purchased a phone that is on a BES. Contact the original owner to determine that as a blank IT policy will need to be sent from the BES.
