Default Loader.exe application error

I get this error when installing the Cingular handheld upgrade software on a pc. Here is a view of the log created.

This is on a Windows 2000 computer with SP3. Any help would be appreciated.

Follow this KB article to uninstall the Desktop Manager software
then reinstall the Desktop Manager software.
