I try to sync my 8700c with Outlook 2003 using Desktop Manager v4.1. It tells me that the Calendar is set up to use the Blackberry Wireless to sync. I go through the steps to change to MS Outlook and then re-sync. It works that one time. the next day I have the same problem all over. The Sync software will not hold the settings for the Calendar. I have preformed a hard reset and I have done a clean re install of the Desktop software, as prescribed by RIM.
I can not be the only one with this issue. Does someone out there have the cure?

you have to change the setting from the BB. go to the options for whichever item is set to sync wireless. EX: messages, click wheel, options etc...

That should work for you...go to calendar >Options >Wireless Syncronizaton: No

been there. done that. I mentioned in my post that I went through ALL the changes necessary. The settings will not HOLD from one sync to another.
Any other ideas.

In desk top manager dbl click on the intelli sync and select configure PIM...you can make your change there.
