Default Trying to setup personal e-mail account.

Please Login to Remove!

At my job we recycle blackberrys throughout users in the workplace. I'm trying to setup a personal e-mail account on a previously used blackberry that already had an e-mail account with it.

Since the PIN is assigned an old account, I need to find a way to reset that account or be able to find the account name/pass to be able to use a new account name/pass.

Is there anyway this can be done?

Call the carrier and have them remove the device PIN from any active accounts. Make sure to tell them that your company recycles the BB's though.
