Default Display Phone Number in Address Book

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone figured out a way to display phone number in the Address Book on a 8700 series BB?

I like the view when you open the Sim Phonebook and it shows the name and phone number on one screen. Now that I have imported all the contacts from Sim to Address book, it only shows the names. So it is hard for me to remember which contacts are phone number and which are e-mail addresses.

Is there a way to change this? Is there a good 3rd party Contact management software that is available? Seems the BB address book is quite primitive.

Thanks.

You can only display contacts by First Name, Last Name, or Company Name. The only solution I can see for your situation is to create a Phone and Email category. Then add all your contacts into one or the other. Finally, filter by the category you want to view.
