Default Applications don't show up in Desktop Manager Application Loader 4.1.1

Please Login to Remove!

Specs in my sig.

When I load up Desktop Manager and double click on Application Loader, the following comes up instead of a list of software installed:

No system software found on your device.

Contact your system administrator...

My connection settings seem to be fine.

What could be wrong?
