Think this post should probably be somewhere else... but I'll answer it anyway...
I'm assuming you mean the BB browser's cache, and I'll assume that you have the 4.0 firmware:
1) Open the browser
2) Click the trackwheel, select Options
3) Click Cache Operations
4) Click on Clear Content Cache, Clear Cookie Cache, or Clear History (or all of them)
But actually the original poster wanted to disable the cache and not just clear it. And disabling the cache would be fine for me too, as the BB HTML browser cache on my 7290 often shows pages out of cache which already have changed (I even tried to let BB browser not to use its cache by setting META-tags in my document).
Any ideas?

On my 7130 I could not find a way to disable the cache. Only clearing it.
I have a similar problem with the Internet Browser on cingular, that has become worst since the site upgrade Monday. See this post and there some follow-ups in that thread.
