Is there anyway to disable the Desktop Redirector program from running? My email reconciliation isn't working correctly and I know the redirector is causing it. I use the BB with a BES server and I just want the Desktop software to be able to upgrade the devices I manage and ship out to our users.

I actually found a solution to the problem.

I had to uninstall the Desktop software and then reinstall using the Blackberry Internet Service option when it asks. This disables the redirector.
