you can get it right here just choose the newest for handheld download install delete the vendor.xml file launch desktop manager your ready to go

HUH? I don't think he asked for that..

I think you both are confused...there is no 4.0 for the 8700, starts at 4.1 and I don't know that he was asking for the latest....

I think he needs to be clearer
