7250 won't sync with outlook
 

My laptop was wiped and redone by our tech department. My 7250 will work on e-mail but won't sync with outlook. I get the following message:

The instruction at "Ox1144a1b9" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The menory could not be "read".

Any ideas what this is referring to? . The tech department will not touch anything to do with Blackberry or Palm.
