Jus to clarify if I remove the vendor.xml file I can install any carriers OS on my device?
No longer have 15 Domino 6.5 Servers
No longer have 6 BES 4.1.3 Servers
No longer have 2613 Users
But still have the 1 Constant Headache?!?!

One major function is to identify which carrier your BlackBerry was originally provisioned to. When you start Desktop Manager, it scans the BB and determines who the original carrier is. It then is used to prevent you from loading the handheld OS certified by a different carrier onto that BB.
So, we always suggest removing VENDOR.XML to ensure that you can load any carrier released code onto any BlackBerry.

I don't think i saw this update in the thread, I am using a cingular blackberry and now at&t, did the search on blackberry's site and seems to me that this is more later then the rogers version??? Sorry if I'm wrong, but if i am could you just tell me what to look for next time...
