hi can someone help with this. I have 2 seperate 7290 handhelds and i have had to reinstall the OS on them both , so i used javaloader to wipe them and connected them to usb and ran desktop manager and reinstalled the OS, i have the proper OS files, but after reinstalling they both have the same problem in that the screen is messed up. it is in black and white, all the icons and messages overlap each other . the background is in color but everything else is messed up and i cant use them. can anyone tell me what im doing wrong.

It sounds like you have no active theme. I have run into this before. Get to the Options or tools page and go to the theme page and select a theme. That should fix you up.
