Default Desktop redirector/Outlook not relaying mail

Hi all,
Since friday afternoon, the blackberry desktop redirector (connected to Exchange 2k3) is no longer sending mail to my blackberry, I just get all the email returned:

There have been no changes made to the mail architecture, and this is baffling me. Anyone got any ideas?
